Underwood & Company offer a range of different services depending on the your requirements. We can deliver finished joinery to local customers for their own builders to install from our local joinery works.

Our work can be seen locally around Woking and the southern counties and as far away as France. We have completed a very wide range of work over the past few years. The following give you an idea of the range of work we do on a day to day basis, but as always if you have something bespoke you want, let us know and we can give you a quote for the work.

Frames can be made with double glazed patterns to meet current building regulations or single glazed patterns for listed or historic buildings. In our window frames we use either hardwoods such as Oak, Iroko, Idigbo, and Utile or Softwoods such as European Redwood.

We make a range of gates, from passage ways to large driveways.  We use softwoods, engineered softwoods and a wide range of hardwoods including ash, oak, walnut, iroko, idigbo and mahogany.

We make most types of staircases and balustrades, (except spiral).  These can be made from a range of woods depending on requirements. We can also offer onsite consultancy to ensure your plans and ideas are possible, this is a complimentary service if we then go onto make the items for you.

Conservatory frames

Underwood and Company can manufacture a range of conservatory and balcony’s for you.  We work closely with a range of local builders to make, deliver and fit these for you.

Underwood and Company can also make large and small runs of skirting, architraves, picture rails, window boards, thresholds and other specials.

We own our yard and Joinery works which gives us unusual buying power on materials and is reflected in our prices.
